This year's focus is on Solar Pumping, Micro Irrigation, Precision farming, Farm mechanization, Soilless Agriculture, Automation, Value Addition& Animal Husbandry. USA, UK, Israel, China, Japan, Germany, Italy, Sweden, and France are the major countries participating countries. More than 1,50,000 visitors are expected in the coming days. R. Doraikkannu, Hon'ble Minister of Agriculture, Govt. of Tamilnadu gave the keynote address. Hon'ble Deputy Speaker of Tamilnadu, Pollachi V Jayaraman, Dr. K Ramasamy, Vice-Chancellor, TANU, Coimbatore, T N Hariharan, IAS, District Collector, Coimbatore, Dr.K. Karthikeyan IAS, Commissioner, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation were spoken. The four days fair will end on 16th July.
