Prime Minister Narendra Modi had disbursed the 8th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on 14 May 2021 to farmers across the country.
Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Centre provides monetary assistance of Rs. 6000 per year to the farmers. The amount is directly sent to the farmers account in three equal installments of Rs. 2000 each.

This amount has been credited in the bank accounts of most of the farmers but if you haven’t received the eighth installment in your account then you must check your application status and find out the reason. The government has provided many helpline as well as toll free numbers for enquiry purpose.
Moreover, there could be many reasons for not receiving PM Kisan money including payment failure.
PM-Kisan: What to do if you did not receive money
Though most of the PM-Kisan beneficiaries have received the money but those who haven’t received Rs. 2000 can contact the Lekhpal or District Agriculture Officer or directly contact agriculture department. Reason for payment failure
The biggest reason for payment failure is that the name written in the application does not match with Aadhaar or bank account. While filling the application form you must be very careful that all the details have been written properly. A small mistake can delay the payment.
How to correct Aadhaar Details and get money
You can correct the details easily through PM Kisan mobile app or even at the official government website.
Go to the official website of PM-Kisan Scheme (https://pmkisan.gov.in/).
At Farmers Corner, look for Edit Aadhaar Details option and click it.
Now enter your Aadhaar number here. After this enter a captcha code and submit.
If your name is wrongly written, then you can correct it online.
If there is any other mistake, then you will have to contact your Lekhpal or Agriculture Department office
