The Chief Minister said that the 2nd installment of Rs 4,000 will be given in the month of October to help them invest for Rabi crop while the 3rd installment of Rs. 2,000 will be transferred on Sankranthi. Reddy also said, “62% of the population is dependent on agriculture, 80% of farmers have less-than one hectare landholding and 50% have less than half a hectare.
