PM Kisan Update: The number of ineligible people taking benefits of the PM Kisan Scheme is increasing day by day. Till now more than 3 lakh ineligible beneficiaries have been identified after investigation and verification in Uttar Pradesh. It is important to mention that PM Kisan is one of the most important as well as beneficial government schemes for the farmers.

The state government will soon recover the amount given to all of them. Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra has instructed all the district magistrates to continuously review the matter.

So far 2.55 crore farmers have got the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana at least once in Uttar Pradesh. Out of these, 6.18 lakh farmers are those whose Aadhaar numbers were wrongly entered in the database or there is a difference in the name entered in the application and the Aadhaar card. These people will not get the next installment. The Chief Secretary has said that the database of some beneficiaries has been updated.

Update eKYC till 31 May

The central government has given instructions to complete eKYC of all the beneficiaries of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana by 31 May 2022.

So far, only 53 percent of the beneficiaries have been able to update their eKYC. It must be noted that farmers themselves can do it by visiting PM Kisan website or Common Service Center (CSC) by paying the prescribed fee. At the CSC centre you have to just provide your documents to the officer concerned and he will update the details.

Note - If eKYC is not completed then they will face difficulty in getting the upcoming installments.

The Chief Secretary has given instructions to form a team of Revenue and Agriculture Department officials who will verify the Aadhaar card numbers, name mismatch, and new applications by June 30.

PM Kisan 11 Installment Date

According to media reports, the government can release the next installment anytime now. Few reports stated that the 11 installment of PM Kisan could be released in the next week. Hence farmers must keep checking the official website for updated information.
