Rubber Board to conduct two-day training on Latex Harvesting Technology

The Rubber Board is organizing a two-day training course at the Rubber Training Institute, Kottayam, on latex harvesting technology on 12-13 January. 

The teaching involves the harvesting of rubber, various forms of tapping blades, new methods of tapping, stimulant use, low frequency tapping, regulated upward tapping, etc. 

The preparation will be performed in full accordance with the Covid protocol, according to a press release released by the Council. 

The preparation fee is roughly 1,000 (18% GST+ additional 1% floodless). A 50 per cent fee concession on the development of caste certificates will be offered to SC/ST members.  

Members of the Rubber Producers' Societies will earn 25 per cent fee discounts for the production of certificates of membership.  

The training fee can be submitted directly to Central Bank of India Account No. 1450300184 (IFS Code - CBIN0284150). Applications can be submitted via email: training@rubberboard.org.in) along with bank receipt information.
