FICCI is organizing 14th Edition of "FICCI FOODWORLD INDIA" - The Global Convention for Food Business and Industry” on 14th September 2022 in Mumbai at The Lalit Hotel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
With the objective of bringing the food business community together and collaborating, FICCI has been organizing FOOD WORLD INDIA (FWI) since 2005. This annual flagship event is steered by FICCI Food Processing Committee and has been supported by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI) & Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) in the previous editions.
Since its inception, it has received encouraging support from stakeholders including all major food sector corporate, government officials, visionaries, international experts, and researchers. Our key national partners in past editions: Ministry of Food Processing Industries, APEDA, State Governments of Punjab, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Kerala & International partners: the Federal Republic of Germany, State of Illinois-USA & France.
Over the years it has evolved as an established forum for originating thoughts for policy formulation and a mood reflector of the sector. The knowledge partner for this year's edition is BCG and a report on ‘Tapping India’s Food Processing Potential – A Call to Action shall be released during the convention.
