Jitendar and Sarala is celebrating an organic way of life, miles away from the city they lived and now does Moringa farming. They were in conversation with the Editor, Agriculture World, Dr Lakshmi Unnithan. They do Moringa farming to produce premium grade Moringa Leaf Powder unlike selling of pods and leaves.Their farm is full of Indigenous variety of Moringa grown in food Forest style. The Soil remains untouched except for the walking paths; there is no tilling happening in the soil. That keeps it humus rich and organic.

 The Couple chose Moringa because of popularising the least known leafy vegetable and the World’s Best Supplement. The Morings is rich in Antioxidants and Vitamins and Minerals.The Process of harvesting leaves is very hygienic and they have a Unique processing method (temperature control system. Leaves are dried within 8 to 10 hours after plucking). All the leaves are handpicked and their Moringa powder in airtight bags which are of Food grade plastic.

Cultivation Practices which they follow help them in maintaining their soil health and quality of the leaf powder. The peculiarity of their Moringa farms remains that they are grown under Jungle's condition. Usage of Waste decomposer and Cow dung slurry is being used in their farms. Water Solarization and Mulching is also practiced.
