These Little Black Seeds are no less than Miracle Pills – You Must Try them Once

Benefits of Kalongi

1. Boosts Memory-Ground Kalonji consumed with honey is known to increase memory, concentration, and alertness. Kalonji can also be consumed in the form of drink to get these benefits, just boil some water and add a half spoon of Kalonji. You can also add some crushed mint leaves in it. 

2. Fights pimples and acne-Tried everything to remove pimples and its marks? Give a try to Kalonji. Add some Kalonji oil in lemon juice and put it on acne and marks for a few minutes. You will see the results after a few days of use. 

3. Prevents hair fall-Kalonji hair oil is known to reduce the hair fall and grow new hair. It strengthens hair roots. You can add some Kalonji oil to your regular hair oil, warm it, and massage on the scalp. It will reduce hair fall. 

4. Reduce Asthma-Kalonji is also known to alleviate asthma. Pollution increases the intensity of cough in the throat and increases asthma. And some home remedies can give relief from it. Kalonji is also one of them. Drinking boiled water with added Kalonji can help. And Kalonji can also be consumed with honey.

6. Lowers Cholesterol and Fights Heart Diseases-Some amount of cholesterol is required by the body, but high amounts of cholesterol can increase the risk of heart diseases. Kalonji oil is considered best to reduce the amounts of bad cholesterol in the body. 

7. Reduces headaches-In this stressed life, headache is a common issue for everyone. But consuming a pill just after facing a headache is not a good choice. Rub some Kalonji oil on the forehead and relax for some time. It will make you get rid of the headache for sure. 

8. Treats Digestive Disorders-Digestive problems can be so irritating. And with the modern lifestyle, digestive problems such as indigestion and constipation are common. Add a few drops of Kalonji oil in regular black tea or consume Kalonji with boiled water to reduce the problem of indigestion and constipation.

But overconsumption of anything is not a good idea. Kalonji is considered safe when consumed in lower amounts, and Kalonji oil is also safe when consumed in medicinal amounts. And people with any major health issues, pregnant women, and breast-feeding women must consult with a doctor before consuming Kalonji.
