Jain Farm Fresh Foods Ltd. (JFFFL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., with one of the largest spice processing facility in India has forayed into organic spices.

Its 24000 MT spice processing facility has now been certified with the National Organic Program (NOP) for the Unites States, National Program for Organic Production (NPOP) for India and EU Organic for European Union. NOP is the federal regulatory framework in the United States of America governing organic food, and its mission is to protect the integrity of the organic seal whereas NPOP provides standards and procedures for organic products in India.

To ensure the availability of raw materials at all times, JFFFL has a diversified sourcing mechanism with a significant focus on Sikkim, which is the first organic state in the world.

On this new development, Mr. Anil Jain, Chairman of JFFFL said that "With rising health consciousness and concern for the environment, organic food products are being highly sought after all over the world, especially in the United States and European markets. These certifications would help us bring organic products to our customers."

JFFFL entered the spice industry in March 2018 with the opening of its plant in Jalgaon, MH. It is the world’s only integrated facility from drying to milling with the capability to produce 100% steam-sterilized spices which makes them entirely safe and pure.

On 4th December 2018, it launched its retail brand 'Valley Spice,' a complete range of pure and authentic spices that are 100% natural and have no preservatives, artificial flavor or colours. Going forward,  JFFFL will offer export-quality organic spices to Indian consumers through Valley Spice.
