Mahindra EPC Irrigation Announces Listing of Shares on NSE

Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited (Formerly known as EPC Industries Limited), one of the major players in the Micro Irrigation Industry in the country, has announced Listing of its shares on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) w.e.f. 14th February 2020 besides existing listing on BSE Limited.

Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited (Formerly known as EPC Industries Limited), one of the major players in the Micro Irrigation Industry in the country, has announced Listing of its shares on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) w.e.f. 14th February 2020 besides existing listing on BSE Limited.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ashok Sharma, Managing Director, Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited said, "The listing of the Company's shares on NSE would provide a wider platform for Investors. This will further help increase the geographical spread of ownership of the Company."

The additional listing will provide higher liquidity to investors and give them an opportunity to realize the value of their investments as well as benefit from any increase in the organizational value.
