TVS Motor’s iQube E-Scooter is Now Available in Delhi, Priced at Rs. 1.08 Lakh

TVS Motor Company Ltd launched iQube Electric Scooter in Delhi on February 4, 2021. It was already launched in Bengaluru in January 2020 and was a huge success.

TVS Motor Company Ltd launched TVS iQube Electric, which is a sleek designed e-scooter, on February 4, 2021, in the National Capital of India, Delhi. The scooter is priced at Rs. 1, 08,012.

TVS iQube Electric features 4.4 KW electric motor. Its maximum speed is 78 km/hour. The scooter can traverse 75 km in one full charge. It reaches from 0 to 40 kmph in just 4.2 seconds, according to the company official.  

The company had already launched this e-scooter in Bengaluru in January 2020. It received an astounding response, despite the Coronavirus pandemic. Looking at the successful launch, the company has now launched their e-scooter model in Delhi.  

The Director and Chief Executive of the company, KN Radhakrishnan, said during the launch, “we are thrilled to bring our iQube to Delhi, and are confident to scale great heights.” He further informed that their e-scooter features a combination of next-gen TVS SmartXonnect platform and advanced electric drivetrain.  

Some of the noteworthy features of the e-scooter include navigation assist, remote battery charging status, last park location, geo-fencing, and SMS alerts and incoming call alerts. 

According to the company, at present, charging units for the e-scooter are being installed at 7 locations across Delhi. The company is working towards creating a wider public charging ecosystem in the capital city.  

You can book TVS iQube e-scooter through the company’s website and at select dealerships. The booking amount is Rs. 5000/-.
