Eligibility Criteria
General Manager:

Qualifications: Candidates must be officers of Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Universities, or Recognized Research Institutions.

Experience: Holding analogous posts regularly or having five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment in Pay Level 11 or equivalent.

Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary/Plantation/Food Processing/Food Technology/Food Science and Technology, or related fields from a recognized institution.

Experience: Three years of experience in the above fields post acquiring the educational qualification.
Deputy General Manager:

Qualifications: Similar to General Manager, with the requirement of holding analogous posts or having five years of service in Pay Level 10 or equivalent.

Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in relevant disciplines.

Experience: Three years of relevant experience after acquiring the educational qualification.
Age Limit: Both positions have an age limit of 56 years.
Pay Scale

General Manager: Rs. 78,800-2,09,200/-

Deputy General Manager: Rs. 67,700-2,08,700/-
Selection Process
