The Bank of India (BOI) will soon release the admit card for the recruitment of probationary officers. Those that meet the requirements and are enthusiastic about the position can apply for the PO test.
The exam will take place on March 19. Candidates should be aware that the BOI PO Hall tickets will be available on the bankofindia.co.in official website.
The bank has more than 5100 branches in India, including specialty branches, distributed throughout all states and union territories. These branches are under the jurisdiction of 13 NBG Offices and 69 Zonal Offices. There are 45 branches and offices worldwide, including 1 joint venture, 4 subsidiaries (20 branches), 1 representative office, and 23 own branches.
Nowadays, the bank has 45 offices, comprising 4 subsidiaries, 1 representative office, and 1 joint venture, located in 18 international countries across 5 continents, including Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Paris, New York, and DIFC Dubai.
According to the official announcement, "It has been agreed to conduct Online Examination on 19.03.2023 with reference to Bank's Notice dated 01.02.2023 for recruitment of probationary officers in JMGS-I upon passing Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF).”
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill over 350 vacancies for the post of Credit Officer in the General Banking stream. It is also going to fill in the 150 vacancies that are there for the post of IT Officer in the Specialist Stream. A sum total of at least 500 vacancies are going to be filled by the bank.
