The Communist Party of India (Marxist) of CPM Kannur will release a special recruitment drive in-state provinces and regions where protests and riots such as the farmers' strike have had a significant impact.

Regardless of the fact that the party, as well as its feeder organizations, have been actively engaged in these kinds of strikes, however, they are still unable to translate into votes and membership.

So, continuing to follow discussions at the party congress on a political-organizational report, the CPM made the decision to maximize the political gain from certain protests and demonstrations throughout the country. "Farmers' families in states including Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Punjab, could benefit from the party's campaign. According to party sources, the policies of the Narendra Modi would entice an increasing number of farmers to hold rallies against the Union government.

The Union government intends a massive retrenchment. Such circumstances should be devised as a political tool as well.

According to a few representatives who agreed to participate in the discussions, the government and party in Kerala could perhaps focus on households at the local level instead of just the middle- and high classes.

The Kerala government's development projects should be completed as soon as possible prior to the actual 2024 elections. A few delegates from other states explained that the strategy of facilitating Congress party leaders quitting that party as soon as possible is a good practice. It has reduced the number of Members of congress joining the BJP in Kerala.

According to several delegates, the KPCC president's aggressive approach is isolating conventional Congress members from the party. As a result, if his behavior worsens, a migration from the state to congress is possible. Party members from Kerala should travel to the northeastern states to help the party there. Kerala Politburo and Central Committee participants should remain in Delhi.
