Applications are being invited for a variety of technical, accounting, and administrative roles at the Directorate of Horticulture and Food Processing Assam. The Assam Directorate of Horticulture and Food Processing is seeking qualified applicants for the positions of IT Programmer, Account Executive, Technical Executives, and Data Entry Operators.
Candidates can look for the following vacancies under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana- Per Drop More Crop (PMKSY-PDMC) implemented by the Directorate of Horticulture & F.P., Assam. It will be purely on a contractual basis. The contract period for the vacancies mentioned below is 11(Eleven) months only and may be extended based on satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria
IT Programmer
Tech/BE (CS/IT), MCA, M. Sc (IT)
Technical Executive (HQ)
B.Sc (Agriculture) / B. Sc (Horticulture) with knowledge of computer (MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point etc.) .
Accounts Executive
B. Com or equivalent with specialization in Accounting and Finance with 1 year post qualification experience in maintaining Accounts both in Digital & Manual.
Technical Executive (Agri)
Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture with 2 years’ post qualification experience in field works preferably in irrigation sector and knowledge of computer.
Technical Executive (Agri Engg.)
Degree/Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with 2 years’ post qualification experience preferably in irrigation sector and knowledge of computer.
Data Entry Operator (Gr-I)
BCA/ B.Sc (CS/IT)/ 3 years Diploma in CS/IT or equivalent qualifications with one year post qualification experience
Data Entry Operator (Gr-II)
12th passed with Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) and minimum 3 years work experience in web management specific to www.minetassam.in portal under PMKSY scheme .

IT Programmer : 35000/-
Technical Executive (HQ) 23-38 years : 25000/-
Account Executive 21-38 years : 25000/-
Technical Executive (Agri) 23-38 years : 25000/- +7500/- Fixed TA
Technical Executive (Agri Engg.) 21-38 years : 25000/- + 7500/- Fixed TA
Data Entry Operator (Gr-I) 23-38 Years : 20000/-
Data Entry Operator (Gr-II) 23-38 Years : 18000/-
How To Apply?
Applications duly filled up and completed in all respect along with mobile No., one passport size photograph, and self attested photocopies of all testimonials including employment registration Certificate should reach Directorate of Horticulture & F.P., Assam, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 during office hours on or before 12/05/2022.
Note: Only eligible candidates will be called for interview /practical test for which no TA/DA will be paid. The list of eligible candidates after scrutiny with dates of interview /practical test will be published in the same website by the end of 3rd week of May/2022. No separate communication will be made in this regard.
