Essential Qualifications:

Doctorate Degree in the subject concerned or related field. Master's degree in the concerned discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent in the point scale system.

The NET/SLET with be an essential qualification for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professor or equivalent in the discipline where NET/SLET is conducted by the ICAR/UGC/CSIR or any other Central/ State Govt. Agency.
Monthly Salary:
-
The positions are purely contractual and temporary. Remuneration will be paid at the rate of Rs. 650/- per hour with a maximum of Rs. 30,000/- per month for candidates fulfilling the eligibility of Assistant Professor in the discipline or Rs. 550/- per hour with a maximum of Rs. 25,000/-per month for the candidates possessing Master's degree only in the concerned discipline.
Process of Selection:
Written exams, personal interviews, medical exams, and walk-in interviews will all be used to choose candidates. After a candidate is chosen, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology will hire them as teaching staff.
