Prime Minister Narendra Modi last week launched the physical distribution of property cards under the Survey of Villages & Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas, popularly known as SVAMITVA scheme. Now people living in rural areas can easily avail loans from banks/financial institutions on their village property under PM Swamitva Yojana. On the Home Page, click the New User Registration link.

Registration Form page will be displayed on the screen. Now enter your basic details like name, address, mobile number & mail id and the land related details in the application form.

Eligibility Criteria for Swamitva Yojana

A person should be a native of India.

They must belong to rural area.
Under this scheme, Villagers will get records & ownership certificates of possession of their property.
How does Swamitva Yojana work?
Under this scheme, the residential land would be measured/calculated through drones. The drone will create a digital map of each property within the village limits. In addition, the limit of every revenue block will also be fixed - which house is in which region, it can be accurately measured by drone technology. In this way, the state governments will make a property card for every house in the village.
What is the mandatory information that a person should give when registering for property card?
A person should provide valid Aadhaar Card Information along with his Mobile Number Linked with Aadhaar.
