Students from around India are invited to apply for a 6 to 8 weeks internship at IIIT-NR under the supervision of IIIT-NR faculty members. The Outreach Internship Programme (OIP) is one of the research initiatives of IIIT Naya Raipur, bringing students from prestigious institutions throughout the country to the campus. This programme has been organized by the institute since 2017.
The OIP programme allows visitors to participate in ongoing research projects and simultaneously enables the students to fulfill the summer internship requirements of their respective academic programs.
Mode of Carrying out the Internship: Through interaction between students and faculty members in online/offline mode depending upon the current situation, as per the government guidelines.
IIIT-NR Internship 2022: For whom (Eligibility)
Students from other reputed institutes pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree are allowed to do an internship in IIIT-NR under any faculty member.
The candidate must be from CSE, IT, ECE, ETE, EE, EEE, EI, Mathematics, Physics, Management, and related backgrounds. The candidate must be completing the 6th semester (3rd year).
IIIT-NR Internship 2022: Duration
An intern has to work in offline mode for 6 to 8 weeks to receive a stipend from the funded internships along with a certificate.
IIIT-NR Internship 2022: Selection
A committee comprising of faculty members will screen and finalize the candidates for accepting as Summer Intern and attaching each intern with a faculty supervisor on explicit willingness of faculty mentor. The Committee will select the interns based on CGPA/interview/project proposal, technical accomplishments, etc.
IIIT NR Internship 2022: Deadline
Interested candidates are required to apply on-line in the prescribed format on or before 25th April 2022.

The candidate will have to submit a photograph/signature in digital format and a recommendation letter from his/her HoD/faculty with institute seal, during application form submission.
