Interest of Our Farmers Must Be Protected: Rajasthan Governor

the Governor of Rajasthan, Kalraj Mishra said that the interest of our Anndata, farmers must be protected anyhow in the country. He also said that the Modi Government is committed to provide maximum benefit to the farmers. According to him, it is the responsibility of all of us to make agriculture a profitable and fruitful business.

Farmers across the country have challenged and stood against the Modi Government’s agricultural laws. And meanwhile, the Governor of Rajasthan, Kalraj Mishra said that the interest of our Annadata, farmers must be protected anyhow in the country. He also said that the Modi Government is committed to provide maximum benefit to the farmers, while addressing the online convocation ceremony of Kota Agricultural university and the foundation programme of Constitution Park.

Annadata of our Country

Governor asked agricultural university that along with making agriculture profitable and advanced, it should play a leading role in bringing the benefits of latest methods of crop storage to the farmers. He also said that farmers are the Annadata of our country, and we all should work together for their benefits.

Employment-oriented Courses

Governor also mentioned that, for empowering and strengthening agricultural education and research, University should implement such employment-oriented, vocational courses and programs. And through these courses, field of agriculture can bring long term benefits for the country and country’s economy.

Doubling Farmers’ Income

Along with this, he also called for the Central Government to come forward and fulfil the resolution to doubling farmers’ income by the year 2022. According to him, it is the responsibility of all of us to make agriculture a profitable and fruitful business. He also encouraged on promoting organic farming.

And on this occasion, the Chancellor and the Governor provided academic degrees to 135 students.
