ICAR - Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Mitraniketan (Kerala) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science) and Programme Assistant (Computer). Eligible and interested candidates must read the details given below carefully before applying.

Krishi Vigyan Kendra Recruitment 2022: Job details

Subject Matter Specialist - (Animal Science) 01 – Candidates must have completed their Master’s Degree in Animal Science/ Veterinary Science or equivalent qualifications from a well-known or recognized Agricultural /Veterinary University or college.

Age - 35 years

Programme Assistant - (Computer) 01 – Applicants must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Application or equivalent qualifications from a recognized college.

Age - 30 years

Salary

  • Subject Matter Specialist - L-10 (7th CPC)

  • Programme Assistant - L-6 (7th CPC)

Krishi Vigyan Kendra Recruitment 2022: How to apply

Candidates who are interested must send in their application along with self-attested copies of educational certificates, marks sheets, experience certificates, publications, and certificates of awards/medals etc.

They will also have to deposit a Demand Draft from Nationalised Bank for Rs.1,000 (Non-refundable) in favor of “The Director, Mitraniketan”, payable at Vellanad, should be attached with the application form. Women and SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the processing fee.

The envelope must be super-scribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SUBJECT MATTER SPECIALIST (ANIMAL SCIENCE) or PROGRAMME ASSISTANT (COMPUTER)” and sent to “The Chairperson, ICAR Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Mitraniketan, Mitraniketan P.O. 695543, Vellanad, Thiruvananthapuram” by registered post only. Incomplete applications will be rejected without any notice.

Candidates whose applications are screened according to the norms will be called for a written examination or interview.

If the number of applicants is huge then Mitraniketan can restrict the number of candidates for written examination or interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications & experience. Also remember that no TA/DA will be given to attend the written examination/interview.
