Eligibility Criteria for Young Professional
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in BA, BE, BTech, BEd with at least four years of experience Or a Master’s Degree /MBA Masters in Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Operations Research, Statistics, Management, Finance, Commerce, Computer Applications Social Work, etc with at least two years of experience. It must be noted that the degrees must be UGC AICTE etc. recognized.
Desirable – Besides having proficiency in English language, the candidate must be proficient in at least one more language.
He or she should be willing to move to any place within the country. Applicants with experience in the areas of HR, Management, Analytics & Psychology etc will be preferred.
They must also have strong communication interpersonal as well as organizational skills along with basic knowledge of MS Office.
Applicants should have the ability to take new initiatives to make things work properly. They should be skillful & diplomatic to work and navigate their way through a challenging environment. They should be able to work under limited/less supervision using standardized practices & methods.
Age limit
The applicants should be in the age group of 24 - 40 years.
