Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will issue appointment letters to 431 candidates on 16th December. The UP Public Service Commission will issue appointment letters to selected candidates in the Agriculture Department during a ceremony at Lok Bhavan at 11 a.m.

Furthermore, it stated that in the fifth phase, a total of 1,395 candidates, including newly selected 1,272 teachers and 123 assistant teachers, will be issued appointment letters. The selection process in the state was divided into four stages.

The appointment letters for the positions of assistant teacher and spokesperson in government secondary schools will be distributed online, as was previously done by the Public Service Commission. Through its various schemes, the government also provides youth with opportunities for self-employment.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath delivered some appointment letters to teachers, but most were distributed at the district level. On October 23, 2020, the CM handed over appointment letters to 3,317 candidates in the first phase.

On January 19, 2021, 436 selected candidates, including 138 assistant teachers and 298 teachers, were given appointment letters in the second phase of the selection process.

On August 12, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed online appointment letters to 2,846 selected Education Department candidates to improve the youth's future.

There are 2,667 assistant teachers and 179 teachers among them. In the fourth phase, 210 people received online appointment letters, including 141 teachers and 69 assistant teachers.

The State Government maintains complete transparency in the recruitment process. Since Yogi Adityanath assumed power in 2017, eligibility has become the only criterion for appointment in Uttar Pradesh. All candidates are given equal and transparent access to job opportunities.
