Name of post Assistant Manager – Development
Salary of Assistant Manager - Applicants will be paid consolidated salary of Rs. 80,000 -1,00,000 / month (all inclusive)
Eligibility for Assistant Manager
Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates should have Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)/MA in Development Studies or Rural Development from a reputed college (such as TISS/XLRI/IRMA etc).
They should also have minimum five years of field level experience in project formulation in social sector, preferably in a reputed & relevant NBFCs/ civil society organizations/ large sized NGOs/ Start-Ups or any other type of organizations in development sector.
Age Limit
30 years to 50 Years
NABARD Assistant Manager Selection Process
Applicants will be selected for personal interview in the ratio of 1:10 on the basis of their qualification, experience, etc. The Roll Nos. of applicants shortlisted for interview and subsequent selection would be published on NABARD’s website - www.nabard.org.
