To oversee honey sector initiatives in accordance with NBHM operational requirements

To oversee FPOs Formation work, Verification of CBBO operations, and Deliverables as per the Agreement NAFED and CBBO signed.

To create the different DPR/Tender documents necessary for requesting quotes from different vendors for the completion of NBHM projects.

Assessment of bids, Job distribution, and Progress Monitoring.

Visits to FPOs and interactions with FPO members, boards of directors, staff, and CBBO employees to check project implementation quality as needed.

Consistent communication with FPOs to comprehend their needs and provide the services they require.
NAFED Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
With at least ten years of experience working on projects in the agricultural and allied fields, including five years in the development of the honey sector, and a postgraduate degree or diploma in any subject (preferably in agriculture or allied).
Desirable Qualification
It would be ideal if you have experience in FPO formation and promotion, cluster development, women's self-help groups, cooperatives, agricultural value chains, and produce marketing.
Job Responsibilities

English and Hindi proficiency and knowledge of documentation.
