NTA NET 2019 Admit Card Releasing Today; Method to Download Hall Ticket & Important Instructions for Candidates Here

The National Testing Agency or NTA will issue the admit card/hall tickets for UGC NET 2019 today (Monday), 27th May 2019. Students who are eagerly waiting for the UGC NET 2019 admit card can download the same once it is uploaded on the official website of NTA - ntanet.nic.in

Earlier, the NTA NET Admit card was scheduled to be released on 15th May 2019 but due to some unavoidable reasons it was extended to 27 May 2019. National Testing Agency in a notice issued on 15th May had informed the students about the delay in issue of admit card.

The NTA will conduct the written examination for ‘Assistant Professor’ or ‘Junior Research Fellowship & Assistant Professor’ on 20th, 21st, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th June 2019. The result of UGC NET 2019 will be declared on 15th July.

How to download NTA NET admit card 2019?

Here is the step by step method to download the NTA NET Admit Card 2019:

Step 1 – Go to the official website of National Testing Agency i.e. ntanet.nic.in

Step 2 - Click on the link that says ‘Download NET 2019 admit card’

Step 3 - A new page will open; here enter your registration number & password

Step 4 – Click the submit button

Step 5 - Your UGC NET 2019 admit card will appear on the screen

Step 6 - Download & take a print out of admit card.

After downloading, check all the details on the UGC NET 2019 admit card – like your name, roll number, date of exam and venue.

Few important instructions for candidates

  • It must be noted that the duration of the exam is 180 minutes for Paper I & Paper II.

  • There will be no gap or break between Paper I & Paper II.

  • The UGC NET exam will be conducted in 2 shifts – 1st shift will be from 9.30am to 12.30pm while 2nd shift from 2.30 to 5.30pm.

  • The NTA NET exam will be computer-based test

  • Paper I will have 50 questions of 100 marks while Paper II will comprise of 100 questions of 200 marks.
