To take advantage of PM Awas Yojana, you must have a PAN card as an identity card. Apart from this, proof of income requires bank statement of last 6 months, income tax return (ITR) and salary slip of last 2 months.

In this application form, you will have to give the necessary information like name, mobile number, email ID, personal information, income statement, bank account details and other information.
