People on the Internet aren't thrilled with the combination, despite the roadside vendor's best efforts. The recipe begins with the same steps as making a regular omelette.

First, eggs, onion, tomato, and a lot of cheese are added. The vendor then grates a bar of Dairy Milk into the concoction. Before flipping the omelette, a generous amount of chocolate syrup is poured in. More cheese, more chocolate syrup, and the finished product is served with Dairy Milk and ketchup on the side.

People all over the world have been experimenting with sweet and savoury pairings like this one. Bizarre recipes, in fact, are one of the surefire ways for many food bloggers and other Internet influencers to go viral. It's no surprise that Desi vendors have begun to follow the trends.

"Cooks in India deserve a tlc show wrote one Instagram user in response to the Dairy Milk omelette video. "Ah yes, the classic combination of eggs and chocolate just make a pancake man," read another comment. "I want this omelette, but hold the Dairy Milk and add that masala goodness!" According to another commenter.

One does not have to like every food combination that is being churned out these days, but kudos to the chef for trying something new!

A 'chocolate gulab jamun' recently achieved similar levels of virality on the Internet. While the chef would have you believe this fusion dish is Chocolate Gulab Jamun, Instagram users insist it's just cake pops. Gulab Jamun's reputation has been tarnished by covering it in chocolate, according to the general consensus.

The recipe appears to involve completely coating the Gulab Jamuns in chocolate and then generously pouring a molten chocolate mixture over it.
