UGC NET 2019: Direct Link for Application Correction; Know Important Changes and Instructions in Exams

UGC NET 2019: National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the form correction process for UGC NET 2019 exam which will held in June 2019. Candidates who have applied for the UGC NET 2019 June exam and have made mistake or left any information while filling up the form can update the same from April 7 (Sunday).

UGC NET 2019: National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the form correction process for UGC NET 2019 exam which will held in June 2019. Candidates who have applied for the UGC NET 2019 June exam and have made mistake or left any information while filling up the form can update the same from April 7 (Sunday).  

Candidates can visit the official website- ntanet.nic.in . They can make any required corrections in their application form till April 14, 2019.  

UGC NET 2019: Simple Steps to Make Changes in Application 

Step 1: Visit the official website, ntanet.nic.in 

Step 2: Then, click on the ‘application correction’ link 

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page 

Step 4: Make the required corrections  

UGC NET 2019: Important Exam Instructions 

  • The exam will be conducted on June 20, 21 and June 24-28, 2019. 

  • The duration will of 3 hours and will be conducted in two shifts. The morning shift will begin from 9:30 am to 12:30 and second shift exam will start from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

  • Candidates have to appear for an online exam of 200 marks to test candidate’s knowledge in the subject matter and research and teacher aptitude.

  • The admit card for the UGC NET 2019 will be available from May 15th on the NTA website.

  • The final result for the June session exam will be declared by 15th July 2019. 

UGC NET 2019: Important Changes in Exams 

  • There is no longer a three paper system for UGC NET and candidates have to appear for only two papers.

  • Paper 1 is common for all applicants and paper 2 is specific to the subject chosen by the applicant.

  • There will be no break between the two papers.

NTA has introduced a new syllabus for UGC NET examination from this year. The syllabus for all the subjects can be accessed. After the page is opened, candidates can click on the download link against the relevant subject for which they are appearing.
