UGC NET 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the application process for the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) 2022. Candidates can apply for the UGC NET 2022 examination at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The deadline for applications is May 20.
The exam dates have yet to be announced, but papers will be administered in two shifts on exam days, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The application fee is Rs.1,100 for general candidates, Rs. 550 for General-EWS, OBC-NCL candidates, and Rs. 275 for SC, ST, PwD, and third-gender candidates.
"The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct UGC-NET in 82 subjects in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode in December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles) for 'Junior Research Fellowship' and eligibility for 'Assistant Professor'," the NTA said.
The test information bulletin has not yet been released. It will be available on ugcnet.nta.nic.in soon.
