What started with a dream 26 years ago has now turned into India’s largest agriculture media with the ambition and drive of M C Dominic, Founder, and Editor in Chief of Krishi Jagran. Now with a family of 120 members led by Shiny Dominic, Director and MC Dominic of Krishi Jagran celebrated its 26th anniversary with farmers today at its Headquarters in Delhi.
M C Dominic believes in a family environment and his employees are just as important to him as farmers. With this in mind, Krishi Jagran celebrated its 26th anniversary through an in-house event with the employees and a virtual meeting with farmers who are connected with the organization through its Farmer The Journalist (FTJ) initiative. Farmers who attended the FTJ session today also congratulated M C Dominic and the whole KJ Team on its successful journey to the top.
Toasting the 26 years of Krishi Jagran, M C Dominic said that we started this organization with the motive to be the voice of farmers. Shiny Dominic, our director, brought her administrative skills to KJ and along with Sanjay Kumar (Vice- President, Content), Nishant Taak (GM, Social Media), Abha Toppo (Digital Content Editor), Abdus Samad (Circulation Head), Dr. Lakshmi Unnithan (Editor, Agriculture World), Yogesh Kumar (Head, Pre- Press), Megha Sharma (GM, Business Development), Sujeet Pal (Social Media Manager), Manisha Sharma (Senior Journalist, Hindi), and now Dr. Pant (Chief Operating Officer), P S Saini (Senior Vice President - Corporate Communications & Public Relations), and Pankaj Khanna (Senior Content Manager), KJ has completed several milestones, including 18 crores reach on Facebook.
Talking about the future of Krishi Jagran, he said, “This is just the beginning. My team and I have a lot of plans and we are just getting started. Cheers!”
