In a statement, the Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SMK), an umbrella organization of many farmer organizations announced that they will observe ''Sampoorna Kranti Diwas'' on June 5.

SMK will commemorate "Sampoorna Kranti Diwas" by burning copies of the three agricultural laws in front of BJP leaders' and legislators' offices. The farmer protest will take place near Delhi's Ghazipur border, according to local media sources.

As per a TOI report, farmers from Uttarakhand's Terai region will also celebrate "Sampoorna Kranti Diwas" on June 5.

"The central government issued three anti-farmer and anti-people agricultural ordinances on June 5 of last year. There has been a tremendous protest against these agricultural rules, and a movement has been taking place at Delhi's borders for more than six months "In a statement, the morcha claimed.

According to the statement, the SKM would observe Sampoorna Kranti Diwas on June 5 and burn copies of agricultural legislation outside the offices and houses of BJP and affiliated party officials. Copies of laws will be burned in front of administrative offices if these leaders are not present. It was stated that the protest will be entirely nonviolent.

Since last year, the Samyukta Kisan Morcha, along with other farmer organizations, has been protesting against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government's three agricultural reforms.

SMK has previously called for a statewide protest on May 26 to mark six months of opposition to the new farm legislation.
