Banana peels for hair

Many people use banana peels as a hair mask. They say it makes hairs softer & shinier. Scrubbing your scalp with banana peel will make them strong and healthy. Hence it works as a natural hair mask

For whitening teeth

Ripe banana skins are very rich in potassium which can reduce the yellow stains on your teeth. Teeth turns yellow in color due to the consumption of certain beverages like tea or coffee, blueberries, and raspberries. etc. So just brush your teeth and wash them well. Take the inside of the banana peel & rub it on your teeth for 3-4 minutes. Now wash your teeth again and repeat this for 1 week.

If you are looking for a natural way to treat migraine or headache problems, then the banana peel is the right thing. Just rub the banana peel all over your forehead, neck, and back for 15 minutes. Banana peel contains potassium, which helps in relieving headaches and migraine.

Adding banana peels or skin to your compost heap will provide more calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulfur, and phosphates - all of which are very important for the healthy growth of your plants. Just cut the banana peels into small pieces and bury them under the plant you want to fertilize. After that sprinkle water on the plant to let the soil sit on top of it.

Meat tenderizer

To keep your meat soft and tender, put some ripe banana peel in the roasting pan. In this way, you will ensure that your meat stays juicy and full of flavor. The banana skin works as a blanket for the meat or flesh - it keeps it cooking while also keeping the moisture from vaporizing.
