Controlling High Blood Pressure: The problem of high blood pressure is common nowadays. Measures should be adopted as soon as possible to control high BP because if it goes uncontrolled, it causes many diseases.

Home remedies to control high blood pressure:

1. Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek seeds can be very effective for controlling high blood pressure. You need to put 2 cups of water in a vessel and heat two spoons of fenugreek seeds in it. When the water boils well then sieve it. Now grind the fenugreek seeds in a grinder and take this paste.

2. Celery

Celery is considered a panacea in high blood pressure. You can consume Parsley in many ways. Take a cup of water and put 2 spoons of roasted parsley in it. In the morning, boil it and after filtering it cools down, consume it on an empty stomach. You can drink it daily for several days. Oregano also has many medicinal properties, it is considered effective to control high BP.

3. Cardamom Powder

Cardamom can be used in powder form to control high blood pressure. You need to mix honey in one teaspoon of cardamom and eat it.

4. Linseed seeds

These are protein rich seeds which are very useful in controlling BP. You can use these seeds in smoothies and other dishes.

5. Turmeric

They are rich in anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. You can consume turmeric mixed with milk which helps in controlling blood pressure.
