Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is inviting applications for the post of Legal Advisor and Assistant Legal Advisor on a deputation basis (including short-term contract) at its headquarters and institutes.
ICAR: Number of Openings
The organization is looking for one Legal Advisor and one assistant legal Advisor. As many as 12 vacancies are open for Comptroller; 16 vacancies are open for Chief Finance and Accounts Officers, and 3 for Director (Official Language)
Qualification for Legal Advisor
Candidates applying for legal cadre/departments of Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings:
(i) Holding analogous Posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; Or with five years of service in Level-12 of a Pay Matrix (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs.7600) or equivalent pay scale on a regular basis;
Possessing a bachelor's degree in law and a minimum of fourteen years of experience in handling legal matters.
Qualifications for Legal Advisor
Candidates applying for legal cadre/departments of Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings:
(i) Holding analogous Posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; Or (ii) With five years of service in a Level-11 of Pay Matrix (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 6600) or equivalent pay scale on regular basis in the parent cadre/department;
Possessing a bachelor's degree in law and a minimum of fourteen years of experience in handling legal matters.
Qualification for Comptroller
Officers with 14 years experience of in Audit/Finance/Accounts under the Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings:
(i) Holding analogous Posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; Or (ii) With five years of regular service in the pay Level-12 (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 7600) or equivalent pay scale on regular basis in the parent cadre/department.
Qualification Chief Finance and Accounts Officer
Officers with 10 years of experience in Audit/Finance/Accounts under the Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings:
and
i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/Department
or
ii) With five years of regular service in the Pay Level-11 (Pre-revised PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 with GP Rs. 6600) or equivalent Pay scale in the parent cadre/department.
