Officials holding analogous post i.e., PS in a Similar capacity in ICAR Institutes/Hqrs OR Personal Assistant of ICAR Institutes/Hqrs having at least 5 years of regular service in the grade (level-6 of 7th CPC) on the date of issue of this Circular.
Assistant
Officials holding analogous posts ie., UDC in the similar capacity in ICAR Institutes/Hqrs OR UDC of ICAR Institutes Hqrs having at least 10 years of regular service in the grade (level-4 of 7th CPC) on the date of issue of this Circular.
Upper Divisional Clerk (UDC)
Officials holding analogous posts ie., UDC in a similar capacity in ICAR Institutes /Hqrs. OR LDC of ICAR Institutes/Hqrs, having at least 8 Years of regular service in the grade (level-2 of 7th CPC) on the date of issue of this Circular.
Junior Steno
Officials holding analogous posts ie., Steno Gr.III in a similar capacity in ICAR Institutes /Hqrs. OR Officials of the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis possessing educational qualification of 12th pass from a recognized Board or University.
T-1 (Lab Technician)
Officials holding analogous posts ie., T-1 in a similar capacity in ICAR Institutes /Hqrs. OR T-1 Lab Technician of ICAR Institutes /Hqrs having at least 5 years of regular service in the grade (level-3 of 7th CPC) on the date of issue of this Circular.
